She created her business, the Mind, Body, Spirit Trifecta combining: her expertise as a physical therapist with its focus on the body; with her command of cognitive behavioral therapy and it’s focus on the mind; with her deep devotion to Jesus Christ and blossoming understanding of energy work for the Spirit. By addressing the entire human trifecta, the mind, body and spirit, Candice provides a powerful holistic approach to enlighten, liberate and empower others to bust out of ruts and live an elevated, meaningful life of fulfillment.

For more than 40 years, Lynda Cherry has been a devoted student of the doctrines of Christ, a scholar of the Old Testament, and of all things related to covenant. She has made a life-time study of Israelite culture and symbolism, and is the author of “The Redemption of the Bride: God’s Redeeming Love for His Covenant People,” “The Feasts and Festivals of the Messiah,” “A Passover Script for Christian Families,” and “Judah and Joseph Reunited: The Hope for Israel.”

Lynda has taught BYU Continuing Education, Institute, Seminary and Adult Education classes, as well as Gospel Doctrine for more than 30 years. She has been a guest lecturer at BYU Education Week, B’Nai Shalom, and many firesides. She has led tour groups to the Holy Lands of Egypt, Jordan and Israel. She has served as president of the Relief Society, Young Women and Primary organizations of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Donna Nielsen is married with 5 children and16 grandchildren. She is the author of
"Beloved Bridegroom: Finding Christ in Ancient Jewish Marriage and Family Customs," as well as two audiobooks, "The Holy Child Jesus" and "He Hid Not His Face." She keeps a blog containing nearly 500 pages of scripture research.

Donna has been an Education Specialist for BYU Shakespeare Fellowship, Tour Guide to Israel, Teacher at Education Week and speaker at BYU Women's Conference. She coped during the Covid lockdown by getting a Doctorate of Divinity degree with an emphasis on Early Christian Iconography. Donna is currently loving her work as a Sandtray teacher and practitioner along with researching my favorite topics of history, culture, languages, and symbolism.

Meghan is joined by Shauna Weller, who shares her story achieving mental and physical health through a study of Eastern medicine and practices. Topics include:

Shauna Weller is a mom, wife, grandma, teacher, writer, traveler and seeker of LIGHT. As an educator of over 25 years, she is passionate about life-long learning. Her motto as a classroom teacher has always been to never stop being a student herself. She has studied at undergraduate, post-graduate and master's levels with degrees and certificates in secondary education and Spanish teaching, Pre-K-12 grade curriculum development, early childhood education, Chinese medicine, qigong, taichi, group fitness instruction and wellness life coaching.

In the last half of her career as a teacher, Shauna began shifting focus towards the much-needed social-emotional learning, trauma-informed education and mindfulness training for children and adults. After 2020, she decided to leave the classroom and embark on what she refers to as a "Sabbatical of Self-care." This journey led her to a deep dive into the study of taichi and qigong as well as the principles of energy, vibration, water fitness and sound healing. She began attending fitness conferences, teaching classes and soon became certified to teach in this new setting as a fitness instructor. She has finally found her passion as a teacher!

In this endeavor, Shauna lost over 50 lbs., changed her daily habits to include self-care and is spreading light within her circle of influence. She created a custom chi program, VesselofLight7.3, in which she has fused the best practices from all her studies along with her personal experiences in this journey.

In addition to learning from experts in the field of chi, Shauna also spent countless hours during this time as a student at The Lord's University-- the temple. She soon became an ordinance worker and her mind literally began to expand as she began attending the temple more often and with a fresh perspective with a mental notebook in hand. The Heavens are open and "further light and knowledge" are there, just waiting to be discovered!

He served a mission in England and the Czech Republic where he knocked on A LOT of doors. He didn't get married until after graduating from BYU, because his future wife went to the wrong school and he didn't meet her until he started graduate school at USU. He studied electrical and computer engineering and developed an unhealthy passion for microcontrollers. Quote: "they are more awesome than you can possibly imagine." His favorite food is pie. His favorite WWII airplane is the P-51D Mustang. His favorite animal is bacon.
