Q’s: When up-line is a super close and dear friend but is very involved in your team, how do you find your own voice/leadership/team culture and be main resource for your team while letting up-line take a step back and understanding you got this? At what point/ rank do you put energy into creating your own team culture rather than up-line pushing theirs? I would love to know more about your weekly routine. I've heard you talk about Sunday rituals with self care (e.g., hair washing with your girls and applying oils, etc). I would love to hear about how you schedule your week for success with kids. Thanks Would you always give away an enrolment if it helped your leader advance and you? Ex. What if the leader u have to give is building faster.
