Knowing who we are and what we want will give us the foundation and direction as we go on with our lives. If you are confident of who you are, there will be no need to put up a front just to prove yourself to other people. Be authentic. Be the man you're capable of being. Stop seeking validation from people around you.

If you are secure with yourself and steadfast, things will wash over you. If our foundation is strong, you don't easily succumb to any conflict that you encounter.

If you discover who you are and be confident about it, people will see you as someone who can lead them and whom they can give their trust. People tend to invest their emotions and trust in a person who they know is stable and secure.

Not knowing who you mean not knowing what you want. If you don't figure out who you are, you will forever be living somebody else's dreams and desires and you will never feel content.
