On today’s episode, we had a BLAST with the head of CMBecker International, Michael Korkisch!
Michael’s story is an extremely fascinating one. From his past as a successful touring musician in Europe, to his present as an innovator in the draft beer and soda industry, we think you’ll enjoy this interview as much as we enjoyed recording it. We even got a yodel out of Michael!

Don’t call it a comeback!
The #Homebrew Happy Hour is back after a bit of a layoff. Short and sweet explanation: It was Todd’s fault.
Joking aside, we couldn’t be more excited and happy to be back in the studio and talking homebrew & craft beer.
Today’s show features a special guest homebrewer, James Carlson. You probably remember James from a couple of previous episodes. We received such great feedback from you guys that we brought him back to help answer the questions presented on today’s show.

The Colorado fun continues with another episode from our recent trip to the Denver area!
This week, we bring you an interview with the AHA’s Assistant Director, Steve Parr!
Steve and the entire AHA crew there in Boulder are dedicated to promoting the community of homebrewers and empowering homebrewers to make the best beer in the world. After touring their campus and meeting all the AHA folks (as well as many Brewer’s Association folks!), we have to say that we’re happy to have such great advocates for homebrewers!
We hope you enjoy listening to this episode as much as we enjoyed creating it.

The Colorado fun continues with another episode from our recent trip to the Denver area!
This week, we bring you a fantastic interview with Greg Kinney who is the Director of Food & Beverage for the Eldon James Corporation. Greg gave us a tour of their amazing facility and sat down to talk about what’s going on at EJ Beverage.
Spoiler alert: Todd and Greg were proud to announce in this episode that Kegconnection has partnered with EJ Beverage and are making the switch from PVC liquid tubing to EJ Beverage’s PVC FREE Ultra Barrier tubing! If you’d like a more in depth explanation for WHY Kegconnection has made the switch, please visit DraftBeerTubing.com!

After spending a week in Colorado, we’re back and ready to share all the fun we had with you!
The first stop we made was in Fort Collins at the New Belgium Brewing Company‘s beautiful campus. Their Director of Field Quality, Matt Meadows, gave us the VIP treatment with a FANTASTIC tour of the facilities, LOTS of beer to taste, and a wonderful interview which we are proud to present.
For more information on New Belgium, check out their website or social media. An even better suggestion: go to your favorite local liquor store and buy yourself a 6-pack of Fat Tire!

It’s our favorite day of the week as another episode of the Homebrew Happy Hour is back in your life!
This week, we drove down the road to beautiful Blanco, TX to tour the amazing Real Ale Brewing Company where we met up with their brewmaster, the infamous Erik Ogershok. Erik showed us around the campus and we had the pleasure of setting up our equipment in their new tap room to sit down and learn more about Real Ale and Erik.
If you’d like to learn even more about Real Ale Brewing Company, check out their website (click here) or you can find them on social media too! (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)

It’s our favorite time of the week because it’s another fun episode of the Homebrew Happy Hour back in your life!
This week, we come to you live from the Taprite HQ in beautiful San Antonio, Texas! Many of your homebrewers are already familiar with Taprite and their extremely high quality regulators and draft beer equipment so we were super excited to tour their HQ and interview Phillip Frazier (Engineering Manager) and Mark Wymore (Sales Engineer).
