They tell you what you want to hear, show you all their best moves, even make things "Facebook official".

And then, all of sudden, they're treating you like you're just a number, palming you off to the intern, and giving you cookie-cutter solutions.

Is it just me or do most ad agencies kinda suck right now? And don't even get me started on coaches.

I've heard all the horror stories, so in honour of our new "It's Not You, It's Them" campaign I thought I'd dedicate this episode to some of those horror stories. Strap in.
