In this episode, Meredith and I discuss the benefits of having a dedicated treatment coordinator and how it can help boost your dental business. At 3D Dentist, we have a four-step process that our dedicated treatment coordinator follows in their role. Firstly, they should be able to present cases to the patient and provide them with a financial menu. Once a treatment plan is created, they should follow up with the patients to ensure progress and receive updates. The treatment coordinator should establish a connection with the patients, making them feel important and eager to return for the necessary procedures. Lastly, they should be capable of conducting patient consultations to ensure the provision of the best dental service possible.
