Dolly’s a former editor at Vogue, a digital consultant and author of “Leaving the Ladder Down”, a book which encourages us to think differently about working parents – for ourselves, our families and in the workplace.

She advocates for a culture of speaking openly and honestly about family to employers and colleagues, putting aside mother guilt, accepting the joy of having both a job and a family – and celebrating the everyday wins.
