Here, I'm going to show you how we made $31,406 on a vacant land deal that we didn’t even own. We didn't buy it and we didn't use any of our own money. We did a simple assignment and I'm going to walk through all the details of how we did this deal from beginning to end. This was the biggest profit I’ve ever made on a vacant land deal.
