Okay! Daydream over...  You own a farm. How in God’s green earth could you possibly work any less? Maybe you’re on the other end of the spectrum where, actually, even thinking about taking time off or working fewer hours sounds absolutely ludicrous and sends you into a whirlwind of anxiety!  Either way, I’m here to tell you to - GET OFF THE HAMSTER WHEEL!  The reality is, farmers are OVERWHELMED. Working too hard. Scatterbrained and can’t seem to focus. Consumed with tasks that seem important but actually are holding them back. You know what I mean? 

• Answering emails 
• Working in the barns & fields & beds
• Spending WAY too much time on Facebook because they aren’t sure what to do next… 

I’ve seen far too much of this. And what you need is - an intervention.  It may sound extreme, but to combat the busy syndrome you have to tap into the brain and re-teach it how to rest.  Charlotte from the past would tell you it’s impossible! But I’ve put in the work and can confidently say that it is SO worth it and 100% possible.  You deserve to wake up in the morning and realize that you’re fulfilled and calm. Even though you still have a busy farm & family.
