I've seen far too much of this. And what you need is - an intervention. It may sound extreme, but to combat the busy syndrome you have to tap into the brain and re-teach it how to rest. Charlotte from the past would tell you it's impossible! But I've put in the work and can confidently say that it is SO worth it and 100% possible.
