Let's Meet HERE to See if Farm Marketing Boot Camp is for you.   This morning I met with a farmer in Pennsylvania who said her biggest bottleneck is herself.   She wishes she could clone herself; she needs more of herself.🤦‍♀️   She’s spinning her wheels making $300,000 in sales a year.   But there’s nothing left at the end of the year.   Imagine that. It’s a huge number. $300k going through their bank account with nothing left for them. She’s not paying herself for her time, either.   And she thought it was the area she’s in - that they want cheap meat and won’t pay the price she should be charging to keep some of that 300k.   I promise you though - it’s NOT the fault of the area your in.   If you’re not making any profit and/or you’re not paying yourself…   …that’s a learned skill that you haven’t learned yet.   There’s no future place where you make money on your farm if you don’t learn how to focus on the right things today. Are you like me - spending today recovering from eating too much turkey & pumpkin pie?🤣   As you read this, my whole family is cozied up in a big mountain house, skiing, playing pickleball, and eating leftovers.🦃🍗   I’m soo grateful for the farm sitters that spend their holiday caring for our animals so we can all get away at the same time.   But let’s talk shop for a minute - 2025 is right around the corner.   And I want to give you all I can to help set you up for a brilliantly successful year.   This starts with getting your mindset right.    Today’s powerful episode includes shifts:

It truly sucks to wake up each day, and you can’t get started on new things because you’re still catching up on yesterday’s unfinished tasks. Or last week’s.
