But, if you start to think like a problem finder and problem solver who is actually there for them, as the expert who has the answer to whatever problems they have, you'll find less resistance and they'll want to engage with you even more.

I have seen so many salespeople successfully overcome the resistance just by asking the right questions towards their prospects. Questions that disarm and encourage more engagement therefore leading to closed deals time and again.
