Sarita discusses how she struggled with work life balance and client relations, in which she struggled with putting her work before everything else in her life. Sarita set goals in order to create a healthy work life balance and maintaining a very high level of production. Amazingly, Sarita got to a point in her career where she started to create goals based off of how many days she would take off each year, instead of the level of production she would aim for each year. Sarita is now living her Unreal life!
