Whenever you face something really challenging – the loss of a loved one, a disappointment in life, or traumatic world events – it's human nature to want to get to the other side of it as quickly as possible.

It’s also normal to resist being with the uncomfortable feelings that come up including anger, fear, or grief.

But what you resist, persists! So instead of avoiding the storms of life, I recommend you try something different and face them with love.

In this episode, I walk you through my favorite “bathtub practice” to help you more easily embrace any uncomfortable feelings with love and compassion.

If you can approach life’s challenges by trusting that we live in a benevolent Universe and that life is for us rather than against us, then you can move through the darker moments with grace and be more open to miracles.
