TITLE: How to grow your network as YOU evolve and grow! Episode 182

TOPIC: As we grow in our lives and careers, it’s important for our personal and professional networks to keep pace. That means taking a proactive, strategic approach to expanding our connections.

This week, I’m sharing a few thoughts on the topic as we continue our collaboration series with The Southern Coterie. The theme for this collaboration is blooming, growing and evolving — and an important element needed to grow and evolve is connection and collaboration.

THIS WEEK’S GUEST: I’m solo this week!

I’ve been thinking a lot about the importance of curating our personal and professional networks as we grow and evolve in our lives and careers. In this episode I share some thoughts from my own journey as well as some things I’ve learned for others — including some terrific women who’ve joined me on she said/she said podcast.

HOW THIS WEEK’S TOPIC RELATES TO INFLUENCE: Connection is a key component needed to build and sustain influence, but it requires a thoughtful approach and time invested!

KEY TOPICS:

YOU GET WHAT YOU GIVE – This is one of my favorite mantras. It’s a great one for life, and for thinking about how to grow and expand your network and build stronger relationships.

CHANGE CAN BE HARD – NOT JUST FOR YOU, BUT FOR THOSE AROUND YOU.
