How do you go about finding your target audience online? Well, first you have to know what a target audience is and why it’s important. A target audience is a group of people, usually defined by location, age, gender, and income. 

This group makes up the ideal customer or consumer of your product. So if you’re writing a blog about high school dating problems, a group of men aged 35-60 is probably not the group you want to target.
