With all of these licensing laws that are being passed in different states, making it illegal, immoral and fattening to wholesale properties that you don't own yet, it's hard to put them on the MLS. It's hard to get a realtor to help you if you don't own it yet. 

You don't have to use your own money to fund deals. You can use OPM, other people's money. There are a lot of funding companies out there.
