Every year people make resolutions or set goals for the coming year. Most will abandon all these aspirations before the month of January is over. Why does this happen?

Because their "resolutions" and "goals" were nothing but WISHES. And wishing doesn't make it so. What makes things happen? DECISIONS and COMMITMENTS.

In this episode, I'll give you 5 Decisions That Can MULTIPLY your RESULTS 10X This Year.

[00:50] 1. DECIDE to learn from and value the past. Past especially the "FAILURES". If you don't have any failures from last year, you probably didn't try anything very ambitious. And if you do have failures, don't let that get you down. Because having failures means you have data from which you can learn.

[01:17] 2. DECIDE to change your Emotional "Thermostat". Raise your emotional standards. This ONE SINGLE DECISION can change your life. When you raise the vibration of energy you carry, you increase The amount of charisma and influence you possess, the respect you command, and the results you produce.

[01:58] 3. DECIDE WHO you want to be in the future, and measure progress ruthlessly. To go where you've never been, you have to so things you've never done. To break the habit of being "just me" and seeking to be extraordinary.

[02:30] 4. DECIDE to get Focused, Remove BLOCKS, and experience BOTH kinds of FLOW: "Deep Flow" and "Recovery Flow"
