Everyone wants to get better at running, correct? And there are things we can do outside of our running to help benefit our performance and become a #StrongerFitterFaster runner. We talk through the fundamentals to training that can help benefit our running in a positive way.
And with that we have launched a new 8 week programme starting on Monday 6th March to go through these different fundamentals - week by week so that you can learn and implement them into your own training routine. It will work alongside a training plan and will be perfect for those who may have been lacking in motivation recently, those that are returning from injury or those fairly new to running and wanting to learn more.
