Opening the year right isn't an easy task, especially, if you're starting it with low self-confidence.

So, how can you keep your confidence high when the things you're expecting don't seem to fall into place?

Remember this...

Things may be going against you but if you're still being congruent with who you are, regardless of what's going on outside, you can keep your confidence high.

One tip that we suggest is to have someone around that will support you. Sometimes you need to borrow confidence from someone who believes in you. Make it a priority to surround yourself with people that have confidence in you.

And most importantly...always think about who you REALLY are and act in alignment with that.
