It's 2020 and a new decade! It's time to let go of the fears that have been holding you back by realizing where they come from and the solution to them, so tat you nay step into your power this year. Often, we get stuck trying to figure everything, get anxious, overwhelmed, or depressed because of the fear of the unknown. But all of that fear does not truly exist, it is the ego creating it. The best thing to do is let go and stay present, as we discuss in this week's episode. Have fun in the here and now, and look at change as something that's always working in your favor.
