Although it's become such a cliche, loving ourselves first is not easy! It's really challenging for most folks. That totally makes sense. But we can shift into a deeper experience of full, embodied self love by empowering our small daily choices.

I feel that at the heart of it  is being willing to take an honest look at how our inner masculine is treating our inner feminine. And vice versa.
