Scott: One of the best things you can do with people is team building, like we get together and bond. We work in a remote environment and we don’t really bond, what if we could do Team-Bonding through Zoom. Check out the link, arc.dev/w/remote-game, if you go there for free, you can download a remote game called The Hike. Basically, it says 60-90 minutes, choose your own adventure path. The teams make decisions, they attempt to stay alive and have a good time in the process, get to work together, and get to know each other.

Gene: My tip is this 80/20 Sales and Marketing book by Perry Marshall, one of the things I struggled with personally is growing my business and even in Real Estate I’m getting the sense that for the symbol of Real Estate Agents, in my area it’s $68M a year in sales for Real Estate Agents are closed by me. It’s the sealing, and what I mean by that is that one person to handle that business sort of running out of time, If you’re not in Real Estate and if you’re selling land or you’re in a restaurant business, I want you to think about what do you think you’re sealing is. That sealing is “when and why am I running” and I start to realize that this is not what I got in this business because I’m working too many hours and I can’t seem to surpass this number. When you get to that point, read chapters 15 and 16 in this book and keep it real simple.
