Whether in our personal lives or at work, we are interacting with others. Yet, with different personality types, there can be a lack of understanding, connection, and/or communication. How can you navigate these challenges using personality type? Joining us is Rob Toomey, the co-founder of TypeCoach. He and his team at TypeCoach work with people in the world’s leading organizations to improve team performance, deepen leadership capabilities, and help salespeople close more deals. However, among the most powerful outcomes from their work is the impact on personal relationships outside of work. Today, he and I will get into the applications of personality type differences in the context of romantic relationships as well as in teams at work. It may seem like a stretch but by understanding where you and others are similar and different on just a few key elements of personality can make a huge impact on the quality and ease of your relationships.
