Hannah Alderete is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor from Washington. She compassionately helps adult children of narcissistic parents who struggle with people pleasing, social anxiety, chronic self-doubt, and guilt/shame, find their authentic voice so that they can shed all the ways they’ve had to hide in order to survive.
