In this solo episode #77 I talk generically about what contest prep looks like and lay it out a “cliff notes version” of how to prep yourself for a show talking more in depth about criteria for if you’re ready to prep or prep yourself. I linked two previous prep episodes that I mentioned below as well.
I also emphasize throughout mirroring the similarities with coaching yourself for fat loss (health reasons) with contest prep as well allowing you to discern if and how you can coach yourself through a fat loss phase. It’s really not that difficult!
