Today we're gonna talk about the question, how to put yourself first without feeling guilty because let's face it, so often we think I want to achieve these great things.
I have so much potential in me, but I would actually be abandoning people if I did and that would make me feel so guilty. I would experience joy and just the fact that I'm experiencing joy will make other people suffer.
So what do we do? We dim our light, we stay small and we just hope that through that, we will keep our connections to people. We’ll stay in an environment where we’re only being tolerated and accepted. There seems to be no way out because our mind, our body, our emotions keep telling us: If we take a new route, if we start standing up for ourselves, we will be abandoned by others.
