How to Reparent Ourselves

Listen Later

This week’s podcast episode is about how we can address the needs that weren’t met by our caretakers when we were children so that we stop trying to get other people - like our partners/friends/family – to meet them for us. We chat about how we can create a reality where those needs are met by ourselves through reparenting, without resentment. Plus, I explain why it’s important for us to rely on ourselves to meet those needs instead of other people (even though it would be oh-so-sweet if that happened;).
