Step 2: Face fears and do things scared. Take one step at a time outside of your comfort zone, even if it feels scary. Step 3: Shift perspective. Seek mentorship, coaching, or join a community of like-minded individuals to help shift your perspective and gain new insights. Step 4: Change self-talk. Speak kindly to yourself and replace negative self-talk with positive affirmations. Step 5: Get support. Surround yourself with people who support the version of yourself that you want to grow into. Cultivating a growth mindset takes time, effort, and repetition, but it is possible to shift towards it and achieve your goals. Remember to be kind to yourself along the way and not to give power to unsupportive people. Remember, small steps lead to big changes.
