as someone in the beginning stages of their running journey with a history of an unhealthy relationship with exercise, and an injured hip... running was always something I never thought would be something I could take up! this year I have worked on shifting my mindset and finding my 'why' for running and listened to my bodies needs - because of this I have found an amazing, healthy balance with running and although its hard, I'm so happy I've started :)
