Today, on Karl and Crew, we continued our weekly theme of “freedom” with a discussion about redeeming wasted time and using it for the glory of God. Oftentimes, we get so caught up in day-to-day tasks and other miscellaneous matters that we miss what God is trying to tell us or what He wants us to do. We then had David Szafranski join us to share the importance of remaining engaged with God and kingdom work during retirement. David Szafranski is the President and Founder of Edgewater Investment Group. He is also the host of “Financial Revelations” and has over 30 years of experience managing money for individuals, businesses, nonprofits, athletes, and entertainers. He has also written a book called “The Sin of Retirement.” Then we had Dr. David Nelms join us to discuss the importance of discipleship and leading others to Christ. Dr. Nelms serves as Founder of The Timothy Initiative. He is a former senior pastor and has successfully grown three different churches in Maryland, Iowa, and Florida. He also received his Master of Arts from the Moody Bible Institute, a Master of Divinity from Luther Rice University, and his Doctor of Ministry from Luther Rice University. You can hear the highlights of today's program on the Karl and Crew Showcast.
