Kate Rowe-Ham is a Women's Health Coach with a special interest in menopause fitness and nutrition. She is also the founder of the Owning Your Menopause App. Kate is passionate about educating women on how to exercise at this time and how movement and diet go hand in hand in playing a fundamental role in managing many of the symptoms associated with menopause.      

Rachel and Kate will be talking about all our key and burning questions around perimenopause, weight gain, exercising and nutrition.
