Do we really have a nearly unlimited personal power?
Imagine you won the lottery. How would you be feeling? You might be jumping up and down, shouting, laughing, screaming and celebrating. You see, that energy already exists in us but we are not aware of it or how we can unlock it.
In unlocking nearly unlimited personal power, the first thing to do is to KNOW WHERE YOU ARE. It's like a journey from point A to point B. You can't go to point B without knowing where point A is. You just don't know if you're going to be taking a left or a right if you don't know where you're starting from.
What also hinders us from unlocking our nearly unlimited power is that we are suppressing our four main emotions which are guilt, shame, anger, and sadness. Take time to identify each and release them. In this episode, Tim and Doug share some exercises on how to do this.
Finally, you must remember WHO YOU ARE. Reinforce the truth of who you really are.
