One of the things that is key when you become a new entrepreneur, when you're working from home and when you're trying to manage, is making sure you're not spending every day working IN the tiny details of your business but giving yourself space to work ON the big picture. I made this mistake the first couple of years, but admin blocks are the absolute key to becoming and stepping into the CEO role of your company. Whether you're just starting out, or you've been doing this for years. If you don't want this to be a hobby if you're hoping to make money, make an impact, and make a difference. You'll need to look at it like you're a CEO, and one of the ways to not get lost in the day-to-day is to schedule out what I call an admin block. So what is an actual admin block?
