We discussed the link between feet and your pelvic floor, how foot health and the shoes you wear can impact your segz life and access to pleasure, why high heels are evil, and some simple tips and tricks for looking after your feet, posture and pelvis to optimise your nervous system and sensory integration.

With over 23 years in the fitness industry. She's dedicated her medical career towards studying postural alignment and human movement as it relates to barefoot science, foot to core integration and sensory integration.
