On this episode of the HR Happy Hour, we sat down to talk to Jason Ringgenberg, CIO at YRC Worldwide Inc.  YRC Worldwide Inc. is an American holding company of freight shipping brands YRC Freight, New Penn, Holland and Reddaway. YRC Worldwide has a comprehensive network in North America, and offers shipping of industrial, commercial and retail goods. As the CIO, Jason was instrumental in making the decision to move the organization from on-premise solutions, and many of them, to Oracle.  With Oracle, he and the team saw the benefits of having a relationship with one vendor to take care of all their ERP and HCM needs.  We talked about data security and privacy, how processes changed, and how to address talent shortages with technology.
