Here, you’ll hear Kiler talk about her unique, out-of-the-box solution for clients traveling on a Frontier Airlines charter flight to Cancun from Kansas City. To avoid costly bag fees, Casey has found the perfect “personal item” -sized bag on Amazon, one that fits five days worth of clothing. She then marketed the bag via social media and took her initiative even a step further – gifting the bag to each of her clients booked on the charter flight – even the kids.

Casey says this was all about “finding a solution, saving the clients’ money and doing the right thing for them, which is what travel agents are supposed to be doing.”
