Adam works with a client that had extreme anxiety linked to relationships. Either not being in a relationship and worrying about never being in a relationship, or having a partner and worrying that the relationship would end. 

Adam creates a hypnosis session that regresses her to a time when she had the ability to feel relaxed and connected and then utilises parts therapy to negotiate with the part responsible for the anxiety to find a more useful approach that didn't need panic and worry.
