Adam works with a lady that was struggling to reduce the amount she smoked prior to giving up smoking. Adam identifies that she had a belief that smoking was seen as necessary for her and that reducing smoking would mean more pain and less pleasure. 

Adam also identified an inner voice that was highly influential that had a rebellious tone. This session aimed to give that part something bigger and more challenging to rebel against.
