I Can’t Keep The House Tidy, What’s Wrong With Me? Can I just start by saying there is nothing wrong with you. And can I also give you a reality check. Your home is no better or worse than thousands of others out there, and you thinking that you haven’t got a handle on the situation is also completely normal. Everyone I work with will say at some point that there home looks so terrible, and I am often looking round thinking, ‘well this is how my home looks like sometimes too!’. It’s called life. It gets in the way, it throws you a curve ball, or you just have to prioritise something else. And that’s ok. What’s not ok is if the situation is continually making you feel stressed and overwhelmed. This podcast episode looks at why our homes get cluttered in the first place, and what we can do about it.
