Hello, everyone!
Well, last week, my grandmother passed away, and this week we had two funerals. It’s been an emotional rollercoaster, but I was able to knock out a podcast. Once again, Some Guy in Austin and I are all over the place, since we essentially only have one date with which to dissect. Thank you, Covid, for continuing to ruin everything!
With only one date, Some Guy and I are able to speculate to our hearts’ content and wonder out loud about numerous important topics, such as:
Some Guy and I laugh way too hard at his answer. Why yes! it does involve a dolphin!

Hello, everyone!
Well, I want to start off by explaining my absence from last week. Because of my new work schedule, I typically record my podcasts on Thursdays and hustle hard to edit and produce them the same day. On Friday, my sweet grandmother suddenly fell ill and then quickly passed away. It was a whirlwind of emotions, and I want to thank everyone who reached out wondering about my recaps and podcast. I just couldn’t pull myself together with all the details that surround planning a funeral. But I did have the bandwidth this to squeeze out a podcast this week with the help of Some Guy in Austin! I hope you enjoy it because we’re scrappy on this episode!
We talk about extremely important details, such as:
Of course, they’re not the same person. They are as different as night and…later that night.

I don’t want to be a big fat bummer, but I have a complaint to start off the podcast.
First, something weird happened with our audio. About twenty minutes into the podcast, my program kicked me and Some Guy out. No big deal. We just started recording again.
Alas, I assume I was kicked out because something was wonky with the recording side of things because when I went to edit the show, my audio is off, and Some Guy was super loud. I tried to fix it the best I could. The good news is that once you get to the 20-minute mark where I was kicked out, the new session sounds great! So there you go.
Get behind me, Satan.
I know I am not alone in my stance against mom jeans. I’ve seen your shocked Tweets. I acknowledge your emphatic DMs. This generation is clearly not listening to their elders. Zach’s roster of women is full of gorgeous beauties. Unfortunately, each and every girl who meticulously gets dressed for the day portion of her date looks like her butt is fifteen inches long. Why? I ask you again — WHY?
Speaking of bad choices, I can confirm that Greer decided to wear her snap crotch bodysuit – unsnapped – TWICE on national television. I need the ABC Psychotherapist to intervene. Immediately.
Finally, I knew I was turning into my grandmother when I became exhausted by the term “bad b!tch.” It was uttered 482 times. Literally.
On the flip side, I did enjoy the gratuitous shot of Zach soaping himself up in the shower. Although he is a nice-looking man, I found myself appreciating his manly chest hair.
Bless my heart and get off my lawn.

Hello everyone!
It’s been so long since we’ve gathered together to watch a very tall white man journey to find love. I will have you know that this season marks TWENTY YEARS since I’ve been recapping this darling little show, and I couldn’t be more excited about Zach and his ability to separate the wheat from the chaff in the timespan of an Avatar movie.
Some Guy in Austin and I discuss Zach’s roster of fine ladies and answer really important questions, such as:
Join us as we pick through all thirty women, only to have a third of them sent home. Zach isn’t messing around, people. He’s ready to find love!

Hello everyone,
Let me start by saying a heartfelt thank you for downloading or listening to this podcast. It truly feeds my soul to have so many friends of the show tuning in and visiting with me on social media. It means the world to me!
I know I’ve been out several weeks, and hear me when I say that was an unintentional decision. Life got in the way, and what I mean by that is that grief got in the way.
Y’all know my dad passed away last January. We are coming up on one year, and I thought I was handling it okay. It turns out the holidays punched me in the gut, and I needed some time to recover. It was an unexpected twist to my grief narrative, and I think I’m on the other side! Once again, The Bachelor, as silly as this sounds, is providing a much-needed distraction!
So let me start with an announcement: Our friends over at Last Night’s Game have provided us with another bracket, and I’ve linked to it in the show notes. It’s so much fun to watch the leaderboard every week! Please join us!
And if you are having trouble with your pics, have no fear. Some Guy in Austin and I are back and ready to give you our best guesses as to which lovely woman will win our bachelor’s heart. In this episode, we discuss so many important things, such as:
It will be an exciting season watching old What’s His Name on his journey to find love. Who’s in?

Hello everyone!
I went to see Reba McEntire with Lara, and it was exactly what we hoped it would be. The concert had EVERYTHING. Multiple costume changes, a fun-loving crowd, an execution of “Fancy” that still gives me chills, and an American Sign Language interpreter who I want to be my new best friend.
Oh, you don’t like Reba? Well, I still love you, even though I don’t understand how greatness has escaped your musical repertoire.
But for those of you who do stand in awe of Reba, this podcast is for you!

Hello everyone!
Once upon a time, Lara and I reviewed Taylor Swift’s Reputation album about six hours after listening through the tracks a few times. We concluded that we didn’t like what we heard and worried about Taylor’s well-being. As the days passed, so did our obsession with Reputation, and now it’s one of our favorite Taylor Swift albums.
With the recent release of Midnights, many of you have messaged me, asking if I am a fan or a foe. Since I didn’t want to repeat my mistake with Reputation, I sat on this one for an entire ten days before collecting my thoughts.
Truth be told, I think I sat with my emotions over the album for so long because I wanted to like it more than I do. Am I still in awe of Taylor’s business savvy? You bet. Is this my favorite album? Not by a long shot.
But don’t take my word for it. I’d rather you hear from her biggest fan. Ready yourself, dear listener, for a review from Lara Pringle.

It’s been a minute since we shared our favorite TV shows and movies, so I invited Todd to help me sift through what’s good and what’s not. Remember, Todd is my friend who will watch the dark and twisty shows, so if you’re looking for murder or scary or think pieces, he’s your guy.
On the other hand, I talk about Vampire Diaries for way too long. We make a great team.

Get excited, Univeral lovers, because my friend Stephanie is here and she is an expert. Steph is fresh off of a conference at Universal Orlando, and she shares all the ins and outs of how to do this park right.
My biggest takeaway from this episode is that butter beer comes in way more varieties than hot and frozen. Who knew?
Stephanie. She knew. She knows everything.
