Spida wants to hold someone on the team accountable. Ali said before the Christmas break that she was going to do daily exercise and admitted that she wants to lose 10 kilos. She had planned on doing a walk a day and exercising but hadn't got there feeling “quite pathetic”.

Ali doesn't mind letting herself down but doesn't like letting a team down. She also is starting to think about not being here for her kids and grandkids due to health.
