Food is a tricky tricky subject. I am lucky to have not grown up with any significant issues around food but when I am in crisis mode, I tend to lose weight. This time around, I am monitoring the situation, working with my doctor, and careful to eat healthily and consistently. But when I was young, that was not the case! Let’s talk about my abusive relationship at 18 and when I had never been skinnier.
