My Christmas message is one of gratitude and love, thank you for being here and thank you for making this community so enriching and positive.

Not everyone's experience of Christmas is full of connection, so today I'm sharing one of my favourite meditations for anyone feeling lonely or disconnected this festive season. This will help you feel grounded, it will allow you to connect with yourself and bring peace and self love, no matter where you are and who you're with.
