Suffering from worsening mental health and a strained relationship, nothing he tried seemed to work--until he found IGNTD. As one of the earliest members of the IGNTD Hero Program, Dumont has since seen his life turned around and his relationship saved. Everybody is worthy of their own love. However, the wounds and shame we carry from the past can often make loving ourselves difficult. Today, Ahlia Biondi, founder of Ahlia Yoga and host of the What’s Wellness podcast joins us to share her tips for accepting the past, developing compassion for ourselves, and practicing self-care in every aspect of our lives.
Earlier this week, neuroscientist and author Dr. Caroline Leaf joined us to explain her 5 steps to clearing up your “mental mess”. Through her work, Dr. Leaf has helped countless people overcome cycles of unhelpful thought patterns and negative emotions. In this episode, Adi sits down with Dr. Leaf for an in-depth discussion of mental health, addiction, and her new book, Cleaning Up Your Mental Mess: 5 Simple, Scientifically Proven Steps to Reduce Anxiety, Stress, and Toxic Thinking, a deep dive into the steps that you can take to find and eliminate the causes of your anxiety, depression, and unwanted thoughts.
Today we had the pleasure of speaking with Tina Anderson of Just Thrive Health! Just Thrive is one of few probiotic companies with profound research and studies. They take gut health seriously and have the products, research, and studies to show for it. We truly love Just Thrive and its mission to help as many people as they can to take control of their health and heal naturally.
Oftentimes as people, we take supplements passively. We hear about them in passing and decide to add them to our routine simply because we “should.” Probiotics may be one of these supplements. We know that they are good, but do we know why we are taking them? How they affect us? The difference between them? Which ones to take? Or how often to take them?
In this conversation, Tina breaks it all down. We also go beyond the scope of probiotics and talk about the actions you can take today to improve your health and our overall mind/body connection. Tina also gives her insight on how you might be damaging your gut, how to incorporate this knowledge with your children, and the problem with sugar.
Though we’ve talked about biology and how important it is for your health on the IGNTD podcast before, Tina really blew our minds with the knowledge she dropped on us today! We are so excited for you to tune into this conversation and learn all about why your gut — and its bacteria — matters.

Have you found yourself caught in a cycle of anxiety and stress? Do you feel like no matter what you try, you just can’t seem to break free of your unwanted thought patterns? Neuroscientist and acclaimed author Dr. Caroline Leaf joins us to describe the five simple steps that you can take TODAY to change your thinking and improve your mental and physical wellbeing.
Last week, Emily Fletcher, founder of Ziva and Ziva Kids, joined us to share her advice on incorporating meditative practices into everyday life. A wide body of research supports meditation as a valuable tool for improving mental and physical health. Picking up skills from meditation and mindfulness early on can help set us up to cope with future stressors. In this extended interview, Dr. Jaffe sits down with Emily for a deeper dive into the topics of meditation, mental health, addiction, and Ziva Kids’ revolutionary approach of using meditation to teach children lifelong coping skills and improve their wellbeing.

Today we’re taking a deep dive into a topic we haven’t explored in a little while on the IGNTD Podcast, and that is masculinity. Many men struggle with this concept of masculinity and what it means to “be a man.” These struggles often stem from early childhood experiences and are further perpetuated by society. But, the conversation is beginning to shift. Many men are beginning to embody a new version of masculinity and relearn what it really means to truly “be a man.”
Joining me to take this deep dive into masculinity today is my special guest, Stefanos Sifandos. For the last 15 years, Stef has been doing a ton of work in his field, exploring concepts around masculinity and transformation. He is a Relationship Specialist, a Masculine/Feminine Educator, coach, and speaker. As a sought-after innovator in the personal transformation, relationship, and leader space, Stef has served as a mentor and trainer to some of Australia’s top professional sporting teams, professional individual athletes, gold medalists, and more.
Together, we discuss the ways in which men can embody this new version of masculinity, what “being a man” really means, what real growth looks like, and how the healthy vs. the unhealthy aspects of masculinity show up in our lives. Stef also shares about his personal experiences with toxic masculinity, his journey in transformation, and all about the work that he does now to help others in their own journeys.
This was a really fun conversation that is sure to challenge all of us in creating better relationships, becoming more accountable, and taking massive strides into becoming the best version of ourselves that we can be.
