WTMJ host Steve Scaffidi was joined in-studio by former Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Mary Kuhnmuench and they began the show by discussing the aircraft collision that occurred at Washington, D.C.’s Reagan International Airport and the response from U.S. President Donald Trump and U.S. Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy’s responses afterwards.

People on both sides of the political aisle were demanding recusal from both liberal and conservative justices on the Wisconsin State Supreme Court. Judge Mary brought up a personal story of recusal with former Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker.
