This is our new podcast called In One Word. It’s where we ask a guest a really deep and meaningful question and they have to answer it in one word. Today’s guest is former Bachelor star (Matty Agnew) and winner of I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here, ABBIE CHATFIELD.
Abbie burst onto our TV screens in The Bachelor season with Matt Agnew. She was immediately portrayed as the villain, and mainly known for that scene on the beach which made for some very saucy TV. For years afterwards she copped criticism from online trolls for having a highly sexaulised personality. The thing with Abbie is there are so many more layers to her. She does incredibly important work promoting body positivity and changing the ways young women (and young men) look at sexuality.
In a chat that you will really want to send to any of your male friends who might benefit from hearing Abbie’s message, this was truly one of our favourite interviews we’ve ever done and we’re so grateful for Abbie answering questions about sex and sexuality from two guys would normally be very anxious asking these sorts of questions.
