- a feeling of always trying to beat the clock (and always keeping an eye on the clock) - a feeling of never having enough hours in the day - the compulsion to do more and more in less and less time - inability to relax at the end of the day or even when you're away from work - frustration, irritability, anxiety, and stress regarding time and deadlines - physical symptoms such as muscle aches, tension headaches, insomnia, and restlessness in the body
After examining the different ways in which "hurry sickness" might be showing up in your life, we'll dive into practical and spiritual approaches to heal your relationship to time. Applying the suggestions in this episode will help you feel more expansive, less hurried, and anchored in the present moment.
