• what might hinder your capacity to give and receive love
• why sometimes we close our hearts off for self-protection
• what happens when you carry the painful belief that you're broken, flawed, or unlovable - at your core
• intimate relationships and what they teach us about ourselves
• overcoming the delusion that a romantic partner can complete or fix you

Throughout the episode, I mention the book A Return to Love by Marianne Williamson.
