Correy is a lifelong outdoors enthusiast, Marine Corps veteran, and the owner of Organic Archery. He’s been making selfbows for over a decade, and became a full time professional bowyer in 2018. He specializes in historical reproductions and recreates selfwood bows from many regions and time periods. Four years ago, Correy and his wife opened a bowmaking school where they teach both basic and advanced courses, and have since hosted over 100 students. Correy was a competitor on Season 7 of History Channel’s Alone, and later won the History Channel’s Ultimate Marksman. Correy aims to make simple, durable bows to the best of his abilities, and to teach the art of bow making to as many people as possible.
