Days after we heard the surprising news that the Susexes are returning to England, we are now learning that a big part of that decision may be Megan’s return to acting on the small screen. Markle gave up her acting career in 2017 after her engagement to Prince Harry, but after several attempts at a new career as a lifestyle guru, it appears she is going back to her roots. We go over the latest details, including where Harry and Megan will live with their two children, what life may be like for them, and just how long they’re expected to stay in the UK.

The final day for the defense on Friday could serve as a master class for attorneys everywhere! After Lindsay Clancy’s attorney Kevin Reddington finished questioning his final witness, a forensic psychiatrist who stated Clancy was in a psychotic state, he was far from done. Once the prosecution called its rebuttal witness, another forensic psychiatrist, the defense destroyed his credibility on cross and questioned his diagnosis… and that’s when things got combative, and it was effective as hell for the defense.

Explosive new details are emerging in the retrial hearing for Karmelo Anthony, the black Texas teen who was convicted of murdering fellow teen Austin Metcalf at a high school track meet. We are learning there was a backroom, gentleman’s deal between Anthony’s former defense attorneys and prosecutors to keep damning evidence of violence and racism about both young men out of the trial. Anthony’s new attorneys telling the court their client couldn’t testify on his own behalf because of the deal, and are demanding a new trial.

On this Friday, on what would’ve been Hayden Panetierre’s 37th birthday, statements are flying and fingers are pointing surrounding the untimely death of the young actress. Panetierre’s abusive on-again-off-again boyfriend, Brian Hickerson released a statement via his attorney pointing out there were no signs of foul play, but acknowledged her death remains under investigation. Meantime, her mother continued to defect any blame about her role in her “estranged” daughter’s death by continuing to point the finger at Hickerson. This comes as several celebrities went public with their feelings towards Hayden’s mom, along with a public apology of sorts from Neutrogena, which has come under fire for its decision to end a decade-long relationship with Hayden following her public acknowledgment she was suffering from postpartum depression.

Jurors and the world heard, for the very first time, defendant Duane Davis confessing to police who he claimed shot and killed Tupac Shakur on the Vegas Strip 30 years ago. Davis is heard on tape telling detectives about what happened that night and his role in the murder right after police assure him “Nothing you say today can be used against you” and that “nothing leaves this room” in a deal that had to anger family and friends of Shakur. Police knew ALL this time who shot and killed Shakur, and we’re only now hearing about it? Davis’ defense continues to be that their client was lying to police, lying in interviews, and lying in his memoir about his role in the crime.

Another shortened day of testimony that packed a punch in the courtroom. The drama began before the one and only witness of the day, as hundreds of women all dressed in pink with messages on their t-shirts showing support for Lindsay Clancy gathered outside the courthouse for a silent rally. Jurors had to be questioned one-by-one in a sidebar with the judge per the prosecution’s request. After that, the defense put a hospital chaplain on the stand who testified Lindsay’s first words to her were that she was glad her children were safe. She also testified that Lindsay told her a voice told her if she did not follow the command neither she nor her children would be safe.

Attorneys for an unnamed woman have released a statement maintaining their client was sexually harassed and assaulted by California Democrat, Representative Jimmy Gomez. Earlier in the week, we told you about a House Ethics Committee investigation into alleged inappropriate sexual conduct by Gomez, and when the Congressman released a statement reacting to the investigation, he acknowledged he made “mistakes” in his marriage, but insisted they were were consensual and not in violation of House Ethics rules. The accuser’s attorneys made it very clear in their statement, this was NOT a consensual situation.

We just returned from Montreal, the scene of what some are calling the latest cringe social media post from lovebirds Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau. The two are dancing in a Montreal Hardware store to Justin’s son’s song playing on the radio, but plenty of people have been taking some mean shots at them, one tv presenter calling them the most annoying couple in the world. On the other side of the spectrum, we talk about one of the most adorable couples in the word: Zendaya and Tom Holland, who have taken quite the opposite approach to managing their relationship in the spotlight. Do we even have confirmation that they’re actually married?
